The meeting will take place at the meeting room "Ballroom 3" situated at the second Floor of the Four Seasons San Stefano Hotel (where all the participants will be lodged).

The hotel is located on the Corniche of Alexandria. The Hotel is 60 km from Alexandria Borg El Arab Airport.

The meeting working languages are English and French. Simultaneous interpretation into English/French will be available during the plenary sessions.

Reservations on Bed & Breakfast basis is made for all the participants at the FOUR SEASONS Hotel (meeting venue).

There is group lunch organized at the Hotel, during the 4 days of the meeting (9, 10, 11 and 12 May 2017).

Participants travel and accommodation fees will be totally covered by SPA/RAC.

Travel fees (airplane ticket, train ticket, kilometric compensation, etc.) reimbursement will be made to the beneficiary by bank transfer; upon presentation of the expenditures proofs (ticket invoice or electronic ticket, the corresponding boarding passes, etc…).

Accommodation fees on a bed & breakfast basis and lunches will be paid by the SPA/RAC directly to the Hotel. Extras (phone, beverages, mini‐bar, etc.) are not covered.

According to the UN rates, you will receive by bank transfer the complementary perdiem, in order to cover other meals and local transportation (train, bus, taxi, etc.), and other possible miscellaneous fees.

From the Airport of Alexandria and to reach the hotel you should take a taxi. Taxis of Alexandria are yellow and black. Taxis are available in the arrival areas of the terminals. It is better to negotiate the price before getting into the taxi. The taxi fare from the airport to the Hotel is about 25 € by day and 50 € by night.
